Organic and Non-Organic Foods – Selecting the One That is Right For You!


Lets take a look at organic and non-organic foods. Organic foods are grown using the most natural manures and treatments that nature can provide. Usually wood chippings, dried leaves, animal manure and any plant base matter that will dissolve back in to the earth can be used.

With foods that are not organic any man made fertilizers and chemically based pesticides will be used to protect the plants from bugs and parasites. Because of this type of treatment the non – organic would appear bigger and healthier than organic.

Having the understanding of how both work it is clear to see that one is definitely better than the other. These foods are much healthier and full of natural goodness. Therefore you are guaranteed a much better chance at fighting off any diseases with a stronger immune system. It is easy to see the benefits here, all of these natural things have their purpose, and that is to sustain life.

Without a doubt the less food that is not organic that you consume the better and that is a reality. Over a period of time all the unhealthy foods you use will make sickness inevitable. That is what non – organic food really is, unhealthy, the less you eat the better. If anyone can stop all together that would be the greatest thing you could do for yourself. Some food products let you know if they are organic or not so you have the choice in what you buy. Growing organic foods yourself is also a good idea. Consider the knowledge gained and seek to live a healthier lifestyle by choosing organic foods.
